Days 1 - Halifax
Arrive and transfer to your downtown hotel in Halifax. Visit the fantastic Museum of Immigration depicting the hardships many immigrants endured before reaching their new home in Canada. Take time to explore the star shaped fort, The Citadel. Dine at one of the great seafood restaurants and be sure to visit some of the ‘singing pubs’, reminiscent of Dublin.

Day 2 - Digby
Drive across the interior of Nova Scotia to Digby, located on the southside of the Bay of Fundy. If you appreciate good food, you may have heard of Digby scallops. The area is also one of the prime whale watching sites in the province.

Days 3 & 4 - St Andrews
A ferry ride today across the Bay of Fundy to St John. Take time to visit St John before driving south to St Andrews, a delightful fishing and whale watching centre, which offers a realistic chance of seeing a variety of whales.

Days 5 & 6 - Fredericton
Fredericton is the capital of New Brunswick in eastern Canada, on the St. John River. It’s known for its Historic Garrison District, an 18th-century British army base now home to a Changing of the Guard ceremony, artists’ studios and an outdoor theatre. The Beaverbrook Art Gallery’s Canadian and international collections are nearby. Just south, Fredericton Boyce Farmers Market sells seasonal produce and crafts.

Day 7 & 8 - Fundy National Park
This morning explore The Fundy National Park. This magnificent park has 206 sq kms of steep coastal cliffs, forest clad hills, deep rich valleys, rugged shoreline and rolling meadows. The park is renowned for its hiking trails, with over 104 kms of trails to choose from ranging from easy 1/2 km loops to a demanding 50 km circuit around the park. The park is a haven for bird watchers, golfers, cyclists, canoeists and naturalists. If time permits visit Cape Enrage Lighthouse and Mary’s Point Bird Sanctuary located nearby.

The Hopewell Rocks, also called the Flowerpots Rocks or simply The Rocks, are rock formations caused by tidal erosion in The Hopewell Rocks Ocean Tidal Exploration Site in New Brunswick. They stand 40–70 feet tall.

They are located on the shores of the upper reaches of the Bay of Fundy at Hopewell Cape near the end of a series of Fundy coastal tourism hubs including Fundy National Park and the Fundy Trail. Due to the extreme tidal range of the Bay of Fundy, the base of the formations are covered in water twice a day. However, it is possible to view the formations from ground level at low tide.

Day 9 - Shediac
Cracking open a juicy lobster is just the beginning of your stay in Shediac a vacation paradise nestled along New Brunswick’s spectacular eastern seashore. Known as The Lobster Capital of the World for lobster fishing, processing plants, live-lobster tanks and the famous Lobster Festival, this is where you’ll find The World’s Largest Lobster – Stop and have your picture taken with it!

Day 10 - Homeward bound
It is a 2.5 hour drive from Shediac to Halifax Airport, but most flights depart in the evening.
